Application	Chlormequat chloride agents are antagonists of gibberellins, which can enter the plant through leaves, young branches, buds, root systems, and seeds. The mechanism of action is to inhibit the biosynthesis of gibberellins in the plant, with the main effect of suppressing the production of abscisic acid, thus obstructing the endogenous gibberellins' biosynthesis.
	Its physiological function is to control excessive growth of the plant, promote reproductive growth, shorten internodes, making the plants shorter, sturdier, thicker, with developed root systems, resistant to lodging, while also deepening leaf color, thickening leaves, increasing chlorophyll content, enhancing photosynthesis, improving fruit set rates of certain crops, improving quality, and increasing yield.

Using method:

(1) Using dwarfing agent on cotton can suppress excessive growth, increase budding, and secure the buds. For each acre, use 2 ml of 50% dwarfing agent solution mixed with water for uniform spraying. In cases of excessive growth or high density in cotton fields, spray twice: the first time during the early flowering stage, and the second time during the peak flowering stage. In cotton fields without excessive growth in the early stage, spraying is not necessary during the budding period; just spray once before the closure of rows, which can avoid side shoots and reduce autumn buds, effectively functioning like chemical pruning.

 (2) To prevent wheat lodging, use 25-50 ml (0.5-1 tael) of 50% dwarfing agent solution per acre to spray evenly with water before winter wheat resumes growth and elongation, or at the beginning of the elongation period for spring wheat, requiring two applications. This can boost yield, resist lodging, increase tillering, promote young ear differentiation, and enhance the number of ears, grain weight, and the weight of a thousand grains.

 (3) To prevent rice lodging, use a 300-fold dilution of 50% dwarfing agent solution, spraying once during the late tillering stage, which can help fill the grains and increase yield.

 (4) For soybeans, spray a 200-300 fold dilution of 50% dwarfing agent solution on the soybean leaves to increase pod count, reduce empty pods, and provide drought resistance, cold resistance, salt and alkaline resistance, and increased yield.

 (5) For corn, sorghum, and millet, use a 100-fold dilution of 50% dwarfing agent solution to soak seeds for 6 hours, then dry them in the shade before planting.

(6) For potatoes, spray a 200-300 fold dilution of 50% dwarfing agent solution on the leaves, which can increase yield and enhance resistance.

(7) For young apple trees, spray a solution of 0.5%-1.5% concentration of 50% dwarfing agent from early July to early August every 15 days for a total of 3 times, promoting thicker new shoots, shorter internodes, darker green leaves, thicker and wider leaves, and increased cold resistance, ensuring safe wintering.

(8) For grapes, spray a 500-fold dilution of 50% dwarfing agent solution to suppress secondary shoot growth, promote uniform fruiting, and increase the fruit set rate and fruit weight. ...
