Application	It has a systemic conduction effect and shows significant protective efficacy against annual and perennial broadleaf weeds. It is used to control pigweed, buckwheat vine, quinoa, bull nettle, big nest vegetable, sow thistle, cocklebur, thin sod grass, field bindweed, prickly lettuce, and others in grass crops such as wheat, corn, millet, and rice. Post-emergence, the spray is absorbed by the stems, leaves, and roots of the weeds, conducting through the phloem and xylem, hindering the normal activity of plant hormones, leading to their death.

Caution:

Generally, use a 48% aqueous solution at 3 to 4.5 mL per 100 m2 (with an active ingredient of 1.44 to 2 g per 100 m2). Due to the narrow spectrum of weed control of Mesotrione, it is not very effective against certain resistant grasses. It is relatively safe for wheat and is often mixed with 2,4-D butyl ester or 2-Methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid salts.
